Brilliant silver-grey with a subtle mousse. Delicate reduction on the nose, of yeast, then peach and hazelnuts, some cinchona bark, fine aromas of dried herbs on the finish. Slightly phenolic on the palate, good freshness, medium tension, somewhat settled finish.
