Yeast, reeds, green leaves, a hint of yellow fruit, and a touch of blossom honey. Freshness and balance define the palate; the wine has delicate, silky tannins and juicy, sweet Spätlese fruit, underscored by an elegant acidity and a hint of saltiness. A quite complex Grüner Veltliner that reflects a good vintage.
