Aromas of green and red apple, pear and peach blossom, followed by a hint of hazelnut and delicate herbal spice. Lively acidity on the palate, pleasantly grippy, apple and grapefruit, later nutty and herbal spice, gripping style, medium length, well suited as an accompaniment to food.
