Medium greenish yellow colour with very fine mousse. Nuances of ripe Cape gooseberries, a touch of guava, tangerine flesh, delicate blossom honey, mineral in the background. Textured, with good complexity, fine fruitiness, again some honey notes, a powerful, somewhat opulent style with good length, riper flavours on the finish.
