Medium green-yellow, silver reflections, lively, fine mousse. Underpinned with some meadow herbs, ripe yellow tropical fruit, delicate mango and pineapple, candied orange zest and some honey blossom. Complex, mineral, ripe stone fruit, discreet acidity, subtle fruit sweetness on the aftertaste, a savoury food wine. (Disgorged 1/2020).
