Pale yellow green, silver reflections, fine, lively mousse. A hint of grapefruit zest and quince, delicate meadow herbs, a hint of lime. Juicy, white tropical fruit, fresh and tightly structured, lemon-mineral finish, a lively food companion with further development and certain ageing potential.
