Tasting from 17.02.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Beautiful fruity aromas on the nose with notes of dried plum, fresh blackberry and red forest berries. Hints of caramel and subtle smoky nuances. Elegant yet full-bodied on the palate, with ripe acidity and equally ripe tannins. Fresh dark berry fruit and an aroma of liquorice that lingers on the long, textured finish.
