Tasting from 31.12.2018

Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, brightening to rim. Intense oak savouriness, hints of cedar, vanilla and caramel, ripe blackberry-cassis notes, distinct toasty aromas. Substantial, pronounced in fruit texture, broad palate, possesses a fine acid structure, the tannins are perfectly integrated, lingers very long, ripe berry fruit on the finish, mineral touch, still youthful, very seductive.

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Intense old wood spice, a hint of cedar, vanilla and caramel, ripe blackberryish and cassis notes, distinct roasted aromas. Full-bodied, pronounced fruit texture, spreads across the palate with a fine acidity, the tannins are perfectly integrated. Lingers for a very long time, ripe berry fruit and a mineral touch in the finish, still shows clear baby fat, very seductive, will certainly benefit from further maturation in the bottle.
