Brilliant gold with silver reflections. Yellow fruit at the start, apricot, Williams pear, also a subtle hint of lime blossom on the nose. Balanced mousse, noticeably fruity sweetness and acidity linger on the palate for a medium length. Uncomplicated aperitif.
