Tasting Notes
Flax, hay and white flowers with some yeasty notes. A varietal fragrance with balanced fruitiness. Silky and supple structure, flow, fine thread of acidity and a trace of chalky minerality that traverses the palate. A very fine Pinot.
More about the tastingStructured, spicy and flowing. Fine fruit sweetness on the palate, tart notes, grippy phenolics and a juicy acid structure. Delicately fruity, some red fruit, fine floral hints and savoury minerality. Quite a lot of wine for a single-digit caliber!
