Subtle aromas of wood, with notes of coconut, semolina and peach. Medium-bodied on the palate, with some background juiciness, texture and subtle flavours, the acidity appears rather ripe, there is a touch of carbon dioxide, the noticeable lime-mineral elements enhance the freshness.
