Deep salmon pink in the glass. Restrained aroma. Coriander blossom, cranberry, fresh chilli, burnet rose and fresh strawberry. Cool and fresh on the palate. Phenolic, subtle. Medium acidity, well integrated. Tart, spicy and juicy. Rosé with expression and character.
