Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler
Bright, shiny ruby red with fine brightening rim. On the nose some sugared raspberries, some leather, undergrowth, in the echo a fine savouriness, then again mint. On the palate a clear fruit core, a touch of raspberries and elderberries, substantial and clear with a saline note.
