Tasting from 05.09.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby purple colour. Lots of precious wood and vanilla on the nose, coconut milk, blackberry with a fine sage aftertaste. Good juiciness and clear fruit on the palate, coated with grippy wood tannin, slightly tangy on the finish, still wants to age a little.
