Tasting from 13.10.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fresh cool berry fruit on the nose with notes of blackberry, sloe and plum. In addition, hints of pepper, bay leaf, purple and liquorice. Elegant on the palate, with fresh acidity and dark wild berry fruit and savoury notes. Compact fine-grained tannin, long finish.
