The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, vintage 2015 from the winery Aldo Degani has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Corvinone Veronese from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright, powerful runic red with a brightening rim. Dried rose petals, blackcurrants and slightly chalky tones open up on the nose. Harmonious on the palate with vivid sweetness from the start, lots of milk chocolate in the mid-palate interwoven with fine acidity and good freshness, finishes long and with firm drive.
