Bright golden yellow with persistent mousse. Reminiscent of ripe pear and sponge cake on the nose, with a hint of Mediterranean herbs on the finish. Smooth notion on the palate with ripe fruit and fine-grained mousse, shows good tension in the middle section, with a delicate bitter note at the back.
