Tasting from 22.03.2012

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Nuances of ripe heart cherries, a hint of dried plums, tobacco nuances, some precious wood. Complex, freshly structured, again some plums and cherries, Havana tobacco, herbal spice on the finish, firm, somewhat astringent tannins, dries out a little on the finish, a food companion for dishes with more spiciness.
