Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Tar, blueberry compote, also Reneclaude from the glass, wide-meshed crumbly-grainy tannin, good phenolic maturity, smooth and even slightly viscous base, present fruit on the palate, plump, round and opulent with good balance and a hint of fruity sweetness in the finish. Well-integrated alcohol, rich modern blend.
