Tasting Notes
Bright, sparkling straw yellow. Somewhat closed on the nose, pronounced mineral notes, slight hints of wet wool and flint. Lush and dense on the palate at the front, builds up good pressure there, but breaks down quite a bit as it progresses, quite dull on the finish.
