Clear light straw yellow colour. Amazingly fresh and vivid nose, intense flavours of dark currant, some sage, mineral savouriness. Juicy and multi-layered on the palate, opens up beautifully, shows its first full drinking maturity, still a long way from its peak, salty and persistent on the finish, a superbly developed wine.
