Tasting Notes
Bright, pale golden yellow with a slight pinkish tinge. On the nose distinct citrus, discreet vinegar, an aftertaste of glue, it opens very slowly with yellow fruity notes. Fresh and juicy on the palate, crisp, spreading lightly over the tongue, it is drinking well and is crystalline all the way to the finish. A ricochet.
