The aroma is yeasty, with a slight hint of cooking, notes of straw and citrus, asparagus water. The wine has a good harmony on the palate: sweetness and acidity go well together, with the sweetness maintaining a slight overweight, the carbonic acid is quite finely distributed and still gives a nice juicy freshness. Good length.
