Non-alcoholic sparkling wine with fermented apple juice. Fine mousse. Lively notes of apple, pear and banana on the nose, with some citric nuances reminiscent of citrus fruits. The good acidity provides freshness, it's perfect as an aperitif. Ideal chilled, even on ice.
