Tasting Notes
Herbal and berry-dominated notes characterise the first impression on the nose. There are also clear roasted aromas reminiscent of coffee beans. On the palate, you can also taste a delicate hint of dark chocolate and preserved blackberries. Reductively vinified, it still has plenty of tannin. An overall solid framework with certain ageing potential.
