Spicy wood, white flowers and some yeast. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate at the same time, powerful fire (15%), but also plenty of mineral coolness and a very pleasant, gastronomic style. A powerful Pinot Blanc-Auxerrois cuvée that shows the vintage in powerful top form.
