Clear ruby, lighter at the edges. On the nose, ripe plum, wet grass and mushroom; horse sweat. On the palate, cooked cherry, pleasant acidity and fine tannins. The wine is light on its feet, with an animalistic tone to the finish; it’s a little washed out.
