Tasting Notes
Deep ruby, dark core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Dark plum fruit underlaid with fine nougat, fine spices, a hint of fine oak, some liquorice. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherries, chocolatey texture, finely integrated tannins, mineral and lasting, already approachable, has further ageing potential, a fine spicy food wine.
