Tasting Notes
Pear, apple sauce, clear aromas and quite typical of the variety. The attack has a strong CO2 freshness, light to medium weight on the palate, salty notes, lean and pointed, with good extract and a characterful (even mineral) structure that almost predestines it to be a food companion rather than an aperitif.
