Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Some beeswax and more cherry than currant, some garrigue, white pepper. Full-bodied on the palate, strong alcohol, dry, fine-grained tannins in medium to medium-high quantities, supple, even slightly viscous-creamy base, a "warm" varietal type with good phenolic maturity.
