Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intensely bright ruby red. Ripe wild berries on the nose, delicate savouriness of undergrowth and pepper, with a raspberry cordial and dried rose petal aftertaste. Clear expression and vivid tannins on the palate, crisp and balanced, spans a fine arc, emphatic finish, slight aftertaste.
