Tasting from 11.08.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with purple hues, subtle brightening on the rim. Fragrant, playful nose, raspberry and vanilla, with fresh herbs in the background. The palate is coherent and balanced, discreet fruit sweetness, starts juicy, then white pepper, ripe tannin, lively acidity, discreetly salty finish.
