The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Antico Borgo di Sugame has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby. Opens on the nose with pronounced notes of black pepper, in addition rich blackberry fruit. On the palate then quite brittle, drying tannin, seems altogether very rough.
