Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A complex, mineral-spicy nose - truffle, nutty and a touch of sage. Melting in the mouth, it's not overly full-bodied, but with ripe phenolics, a firm acid backbone and well-integrated alcohol. A well packaged wine at the beginning of its first lift but undoubtedly with great further ageing potential.
