Clear ruby with a slight garnet edge. Opens with notes of cinnamon and cloves, some pickled nuts, emphasises savoury components, subtle notes of fresh leather and dried porcini mushrooms. Round and supple in the approach, smooth tannin, juicy, a bit rough in the finish.
