Tasting Notes
Very classic on the nose, with the trademark sundried tomato and olive past combination, expressed with remarkable clarity. Similarly clear, almost linear, on the palate, with consistent aromatic, and hint of sweeter red fruit. While this is another wine where texture is the winning element, but if Diaporos is yin, Artisan Vignerons show us what yang looks like. It is remarkable to achieve this result in 2016, where most producers ended up with a relatively plump output. This is a back-to-the-future wine: remarkably classic, singularly modern.
