Tasting from 29.08.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, with silver reflections. Aromas of fresh white apple fruit with a hint of lime zest, tobacco and nutty notes, and some minerality. Juicy pear fruit, nice herbal savouriness, with discreet sweet fruit, and a fresh acidity. It is persistent. and it has a lemony fruity finish.
