The white wine Grillo DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Asaro has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grillo from the region Sicily in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with a shimmering core. It has a discreet and restrained bouquet that is slightly reminiscent of white blossom. At first it is reserved on the palate, subsequently taking off properly, and it maintains a nice pull until the long and fresh finish.
