Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Very fresh and intense on the nose, dominated by green aromas, nettle first, followed by gooseberry and tomato leaf. Very fresh on the palate, crisp acidity, citrus flavours with peach and slightly exotic fruits. Fruity and persistent on the finish.
