The red wine Pressenda Barolo DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Azienda Agricola Abbona Marziano has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright ruby with a fine garnet rim. Dense nose with notes of ripe plums, some cherry, savory. Rich, ripe fruit notes on the palate too, of plums and pomegranate, hearty, gripping tannins.
