Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Pale, light straw yellow. Clearly citrusy nose of grapefruit and lemon zest, with a slight hint of white flowers and a white peach finish. Straightforward and juicy on the palate, with good drive, savoury and precise on the tongue, minimally bitter on the finish.
