Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegantly shining ruby red. On the nose dried tomatoes, Macchia herbs, then cherries and bright leather, fine pepper tone at the end. On the palate a juicy vein, spreads purposefully straight over the tongue, taut, slightly salty, drying at the end.
