Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.04.2011

Sparkling ruby with violet shimmer. Clearly defined nose with rich notes of ripe raspberries and dark cherries, inviting and juicy. Lots of pithy tannins on the palate, shows good weight at the beginning, opens up with pithy tannins, drops off a little at the back, slightly brittle.
