Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Very clear and memorable nose, smells of ripe cherries, some plums, marzipan in the background. Very clear and juicy on the palate, lots of sweet fruit, the sweet mellowness also dominates in the mid-palate, then opens up at the back with lots of gripping, dense tannins, full-bodied pressure.
