The red wine Sassontino IGT, vintage 2007 from the winery Azienda Agricola La Spinetta has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Colorino from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby with garnet. Very appealing nose, notes of raspberries and pickled plums, tobacco and some saffron. Unfortunately quite brittle on the palate, appears a little emaciated, alcoholic on the finish.
