Intense, concentrated sour cherry aroma. Dense, mealy tannins of very good ripeness, subtle acidity, compact structure. Very well-bundled with fruit that is as intense as it is long-lasting - a Dolcetto that is already fun to drink now, but undoubtedly has a few years of ageing potential.
