Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Light apricot with persistent mousse. Initially slightly yeasty on the nose, then reveals notes of squeezed grapefruit, geranium leaves and juicy cherries, lemony echo. The palate has beautiful fruit expression and well-integrated mousse, light-footed and light-hearted, drinks very well.
