The rosé wine Daccapo Primitivo Rosato Apulien IGT halbtrocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Barbanera has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points.
Pale salmon pink. Berries, raspberries, rosehips, sweet cherries and glacé cherries on the nose. Ripe, bright fruit. On the palate, the wine has a lot of texture, juiciness and a mild but not excessively sweet structure, the acidity is well integrated. The fruit lingers for a long time and fills the palate.
