Tasting from 23.05.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Very open and accessible nose, with lots of lemon, lime, white flowers and a touch of light smoke. On the palate it feels coherent and balanced, spanning a harmonious arc between fruit and mousse. Crisp and juicy with a rounded finish.
