Tasting from 23.06.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Light silvery green in colour, and virtually expressionless on the nose. The palate is juicy with subtle fruit texture and notes of fresh lemon, elderberry, and crunchy apricot. Very young and fresh, a little consuming due to the acidity.
